Who am I?
I'm Chris Perry. I'm a sales and leadership coach, a fractional sales director, a former promo exec, a writer, and a dad.
I spent years working my way up in promo, from account executive to sales director and a seat on the leadership team. Then I was let go. I joined another company as a sales director and part of the leadership team, and after that my son got sick. He's okay now, but it forced us to look at things. I decided to step back, be a stay-at-home dad, focus on my family, and build a coaching business.
When I walk into a sales team that's struggling, I usually find the same things. There's no system. Nobody is really listening to the team. There's no accountability, and there's no one stepping up to remove the roadblocks in their way. That's the work I do.
Working with me is like a 1:1 with a leader you've had for years. There's no agenda and no micromanagement. I'm going to be me, so you can be you.
I'm privileged to have built a life that revolves around my family. It's given me the freedom and the energy to do what I love, which is coach.
