Services
Four principles guide this work: consistency over intensity, small goals, systems over willpower, and data.
1:1 Sales and Leadership Coaching
- Biweekly 1:1s with owners and reps.
- Every session covers wins, scorecard, issues, and one commitment.
- Each one ends with a clear next step and date, checked at the next 1:1.
- A simple weekly scorecard with a floor each rep commits to, and a streak count of weeks the floor was hit.
The phases:
- Diagnose. Understand each rep: how they want to be led, what motivates them, what's working, what's not. Map the book of business. Define the ideal client from existing top accounts. Start the scorecard.
- Build the system. Get the scorecard into weekly use. One daily prospecting habit per rep.
- Do the work. Time-block the week around selling. Build scripts and a credibility statement in each rep's own voice.
- Ownership of book. Keep, attain, recover, expand. Reporting and forecasting. Each rep owns their own numbers.
Fractional Sales Director
Consistent, senior-level coaching and accountability for your sales team. Your sales leader can focus on selling and you can focus on vision, instead of both having to manage sales day to day.
- Weekly leadership and sales meetings, 1:1s with reps, quarterlies, and QBRs.
- Open-ended. No fixed length or end date.
- A coaching and advisory engagement, not a revenue guarantee.
90-Day Structure Implementation
- A team scorecard: a small number of weekly measures, each owned by a person, reviewed weekly.
- A meeting pulse: define what each recurring meeting is for. 1:1s for individual coaching. A weekly sales meeting for team pulse. A quarterly review against plan. Quarterlies for resetting goals.
- Issues actually solved in the meeting rather than pushed off. Every issue gets a name, an owner, and a next step.
Team Goal-Setting Facilitation
Four questions, answered as a team:
- What do we actually want next year to look like?
- What are the few things that matter most?
- How do we create ambition without overwhelming the team?
- What can we start doing now that makes the bigger goal more likely?
What a client says
Chris has a rare ability to take big leadership and business concepts and make them feel approachable and immediately useful. I’ve watched him work with experienced business owners and leaders who already “know” many of these concepts ~ and still completely change the way they think about putting them into practice.
What makes Chris especially valuable is that he’s not teaching from theory. He brings years of real-world experience leading people, sales teams, and businesses, and he’s incredibly generous about sharing both what worked and what didn’t. He asks smart questions, makes complicated things feel manageable, and gives people the confidence to actually do the things they’ve been talking about doing.
I’ve trusted Chris in two very different but equally important roles ~ leading workshops for The Ripple Collective and coaching my own sales team monthly.
The response from our Ripple community has been consistently positive. Our members are experienced business owners and leaders, and they appreciate that Chris doesn’t talk at them. He gives them ideas they can immediately apply and creates the kind of conversation that makes everyone in the room better.
His work with my sales team has been equally valuable. Having someone outside our internal leadership team coaching them brings a completely different dynamic ~ sometimes you need someone who isn’t “mom or dad” saying the thing. Chris brings a fresh voice, asks different questions, and reinforces the habits and disciplines we’re trying to build.
Most importantly, I can see the impact. I’ve watched my team’s confidence and discipline grow through their work with Chris, and I genuinely love what this initiative has become.
Chris is thoughtful, grounded, incredibly smart, and one of those people whose perspective simply makes you better.
